Join us as we discuss the basics to design, construction or renovate a home achieving to energy utility bill. Throughout the session, we use real projects that have achieved or are on track to have, no utility costs over the course of the year and to highlight the strategies they used to get there.

  1. Know the basic programs that require no utility bill or being ready to go zero.
  2. Articulate the fundamentals of zero energy design.
  3. Know where to go to get more information to implement this in your own project.
  4. Be inspired to know this type of design or (Re) Build is possible.
